Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged products, incorrect products, or missing items at the time of delivery.
Unboxing Video: A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory and must show the sealed package, opening process, and contents received in original condition. Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
Initiate Return: Email support@thesixscents.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.
Refund Process: Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. Refund or replacement will be processed only after the product successfully passes inspection. The product must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging. Once approved, you may choose between a replacement or a refund, processed within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
