At The Sixscents, we take great pride in offering you high-quality fragrances and exceptional customer service. While we ensure every order is thoroughly inspected before dispatch, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds will be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery, or
  • You have received an incorrect product.

In both cases, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for the return process to be initiated.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must share a complete unboxing video clearly showing:
  • The unopened package,
  • The opening process,
  • The condition of the received product.
  • The product must be:
  • Unused and in its original packaging,
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Eligible Return Requests

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If an unboxing video is not provided.
  • If the product appears used, tampered with, or damaged post-delivery.
  • If the reason for return is based on personal preference or change of mind.
  • If the return request is made after 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

Once your return request is verified and approved:

You may opt for:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method, which will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item delivered).

5. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@thesixscents.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your email must include:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the entire opening process.
  • Your Order ID and date of purchase.

Our customer support team will review your submission and provide instructions for the return process.


6. Important Notice

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
This requirement ensures transparency, avoids misuse, and enables us to serve you better.

We reserve the right to deny a return request that does not meet the above conditions.
