Delivery Time: 7-10 business days.

We offer free shipping across India using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier service will usually contact you before delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, you can either reschedule it by calling them or pick up the package from their location.

Please note, we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances on the part of the courier service or if the customer is unavailable during delivery.

We offer a 7-day return policy under specific conditions:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged products, incorrect products, or missing items at the time of delivery.

Unboxing Video: A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory and must show the sealed package, opening process, and contents received in original condition. Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.

Initiate Return: Email support@thesixscents.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.

Refund Process: You may choose between a replacement or a refund (processed within 7–10 business days). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
